Chloe, the founder of Omcean Booking, once ran a yoga studio. In order to reduce operating costs, she had to handle the busy work of teaching and managing the classroom, especially promptly replying to student reservation and cancellation text messages, which took up her life. Chloe started looking for an online reservation system to reduce her workload. In 2014, there were no suitable reservation systems for the fitness industry domestically, so she chose one from abroad. At that time, the reservation system could only handle simple reservation services, lacking other functions such as managing courses and members, to reduce manual labor. Therefore, the idea of developing her own system came to mind. If she couldn’t find the ideal software, she would develop it herself, as there must be many other industries in Taiwan that need reservations but have no access to appropriate digital tools.

In 2015, Chloe rallied a passionate and capable team and after several years of product development, successfully launched a comprehensive system. She recommended this multi-functional and user-friendly reservation management system to businesses with reservation, course management, service management, member management, and online product sales needs, and personally assisted them in introducing the system, successfully helping them with their digital transformation.

Today, Omcean Booking assists digital transformations for industries including fitness, yoga, supplementary education, healthcare, etc. The team develops systems that are closer to business needs based on their practical experience in running yoga studios, and continuously optimizes based on feedback from current users. The goal is to provide user-friendly and affordable digital tools to existing users.
